Dr. Jasmine Bhuva received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. To further enhance her education in general dentistry, she went on to complete a general practice residency at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and the Cambridge Health Alliance. She received a certificate of advanced graduate study from Boston University after completing a two-year fellowship in implantology that focused on implant surgery and implant restorations.
In addition to general and cosmetic dentistry and implantology, Dr. Bhuva is an Invisalign® Premier Provider, performing aesthetic orthodontic treatment for teens and adults. She is an active member of the San Francisco Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Dental Society, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Bhuva is committed to continually broadening her dental education by keeping up to date with the latest technologies, treatments, and research, and by attending and participating in advanced continuing education courses.
Dr. Bhuva has recently taught part-time at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry as an adjunct clinical professor.
Dr. Bhuva lives in Burlingame and has spent most of her life in Northern California. She is married and has a daughter, Anya, and a son, Shaan. She loves spending time with her family, running, and being outdoors.
Dr. Bradley Shepard has been a leader in the field of cosmetic dentistry since he opened his practice 35 years ago. He was one of the first dentists in San Francisco to use veneers to enhance smiles.
Dr. Shepard has completed many courses in aesthetic and neuromuscular dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies - one of the most prestigious post-graduate dental programs in the U.S. He continues to study to find new ways of providing even better dental services to his patients.
A graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, Dr. Shepard received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. He practiced dentistry in Switzerland for a year and a half, where he treated children and handicapped adults. He returned to the U.S. to open his dental practice in 1982, and has practiced at the same location ever since.
Dr. Shepard is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Francisco Dental Society. He has completed extensive training at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute, with expertise in cosmetics and reconstructive dentistry.
A native of Tarzana, CA, Dr. Shepard has lived in Greenbrae for the past 26 years. He and his wife of 35 years have a son. As a family, they enjoy being outdoors and doing road and mountain biking.
Dr. Winston Young grew up in Fremont, CA and studied at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree, as well as a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in piano. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Southern Alameda County Dental Society.
Dr. Young served as a dentist in the United States Navy for four years after graduating from dental school. He was first stationed in Groton, CT for two years, where he mostly provided care for submariners. Then he was assigned with the Seabees, the construction battalion of the United States Navy, in Port Hueneme, CA for two years. During that time he was deployed to Okinawa, Japan.
Dr. Young continues to educate himself through continued learning and makes it a priority to stay up to date with advancing technologies and techniques for an improved patient experience.
Dr. Young is delighted to connect with short and long-term patients at San Francisco Dental Partners and form lifelong relationships. He is honored to serve our community and to play a role in improving patients' health.
When he is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Young enjoys playing piano and basketball. He is married to his wife Jennifer and they have a Chihuahua mix, called Podo.
Deanna is a detail-oriented, energetic office manager with 19 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She uses her positive attitude, savvy business management and leadership skills to supervise all aspects of our practice. In her spare time, she enjoys event planning, wine tasting, hiking, traveling, shopping and working out. She especially enjoys exploring restaurants and spa activities throughout Sonoma County with family and friends.
Lisa’s favorite part of her job is helping to create a fantastic patient experience. She is the first person you will see at the front office, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and helping with treatment plans. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and her precious dog, Primo. She also enjoys going for walks and working out.
Esther began her role as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2016, after completing her bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development. She loves connecting with people of all ages and especially appreciates the opportunity to provide dental hygiene education. Esther loves to explore the outdoors hiking and stand-up paddleboarding. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and tutoring elementary school students in English.
Inna has been at SF Dental Partners for five years and has been in practice since the year 2000. Her passion for healthy living drives her to be a thorough communicator on oral disease management and prevention. She has a special interest in providing a comfortable experience to patients who fear dental treatment. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, cooking plant-based meals, spending time with family and friends, and visiting local beaches.
Zina’s favorite part of her job is witnessing the heartfelt, beautiful smiles of happy patients, especially those who have recently been suffering from dental distress. In addition to offering chairside assistance to our doctors during procedures, Zina explains treatment plans and other information to patients. She answers their questions and makes sure everything is clear.
David has been a dental assistant for 12 years and has been a part of San Francisco Dental Partners for four years. Outside of work, David loves skateboarding, trying new restaurants, binge-watching TV shows (he loves horror movies), going to concerts/live music and singing, even though he sings horribly.
Cho is grateful to have such a wonderful team at San Francisco Dental Partners. Her passion for work is to always help the dentist in every possible way to provide high-quality treatment to patients. She always makes sure that all patients feel welcome, comfortable, and happy with their visits. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, taking road trips and spending time with family and friends.
